The other night, the mascot for hte Philadelphia Phillies was standing behind the dugout at a minor league baseball game in Allentown, Pennsylvania . . . and a foul ball hit him in the THROAT. What's worse is, the throat on the Phillie Phanatic costume is right where the actor's FACE is.
