A while back, we heard that people were shelling out money to have their pictures taken with some locks of JUSTIN BIEBER'S hair. The delicate, angelic hair is currently touring around in a clear box . . . that Justin signed . . . to raise money for charity.TMZ has posted a picture of the hair on display. Supposedly, it has its own bodyguards protecting it...The hair actually looks less angelic and more GROSS than you'd imagine.
