SNOOKI has a message for us: She's actually a completely mature person named NICOLE POLIZZI . . . and "Snooki" is just a CHARACTER she plays. Riiiiiight.
In an interview on the "Today" show, she said, quote, "You see more of the party side of me, which I call Snooki, my alter ego . . . right now, you're talking to Nicole, the soft, calm, business-ready person."
