L.C Traffic Update

Week of (11/20/11)
                                             
Alameda Boulevard
            From Picacho Avenue to Three Crosses Street will have intermittent lane closures.  Access to residents will be maintained. Motorists wanting to get to residents can do so by following the detours in place. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed through the construction zone and should proceed with caution. 

Dona Ana Road
            From Karen Drive to Waring Road will have lane closures with the potential for only one lane open to traffic. Traffic will be detoured through this lane using flagger operations.

El Paseo Road
            At Farney Lane may have intermittent lane closures.  

Engler Road
            From Jornada Road to McGuffey Road will have lane closures.  
McGuffey Road
            From Thurmond Road to Engler Road will have a full road closure. Access to residents will be maintained. Motorists wanting to get to residents can do so by following the detours in place. 

Second Street
            From Hadley Avenue to Picacho Avenue may have intermittent lane closures.  


Sonoma Ranch (Private Dirt Road)
            North of Dripping Springs Road will have a full road closure. Access to businesses will be maintained.

South Main Street
            From Alameda Blvd./El Paseo Road to Avenida de Mesilla will have a full road closure for south bound traffic. That traffic will be detoured into one lane in the north bound lanes.  Access to businesses and residents will be maintained.

South Main Street
Open to through traffic.

Walnut Street
            At the Griggs Street Intersection will have a full closure for inbound motorists.  Access to businesses and residents will be maintained. Motorists wanting to get to businesses can do so by following the detours in place.
