Kim's Psexy Psoriasis

Kim is a normal person and has issues like everybody else.  This Sunday on Keeping up with the Kardashians she will discuss her psoriasis which basically is a skin condition that causes dry patches.  Here she is at LAX with a couple of said dry patches.  What is even more interesting...is that a corn on her pinky toe? Me thinks so.
