Did Oprah Photoshop herself to make her look thinner than Rosie?

Oprah and Rosie appear together on the cover of the new issue of "O" magazine . . . and the "National Enquirer" says Rosie is JACKED about the picture.

--Her beef is that Orpah is Photoshopped to look a lot thinner than she really is . . . while Rosie looks pretty bad . . . even for Rosie.
