Lil Wayne Has Unveiled His "Tha Carter 4" Album Cover

LIL WAYNE has supposedly released the cover art for his upcoming "Tha Carter 4" album.  It features a picture of him as a kid . . . in a graduation gown . . . with some of the facial tattoos he later got as an adult.
