You probably wanted to be an astronaut or a fireman when you were a kid.  Or maybe you wanted to become a sexy and glamorous radio personality. But there's a funny video online of a 3-year-old kid sitting in his car seat and crying, because he's too small to be Governor . . . of New Jersey. When his mom asks if he thinks he's qualified, he says yes.  But then she tricks him and asks if he'd raise property taxes, and since he has no idea what property taxes are . . . once again, he says yes.
