Eduardo gave the game away by getting Eva's name tattooed on his arm.

Eva split with San Antonio Spurs star TONY PARKER in November, after she found out he was exchanging naughty texts with an ex-teammate's wife. (--We still don't know if the affair ever got PHYSICAL.)

It's not clear when Eva and Eduardo first started hooking up. Their relationship hit the tabloids at the beginning of this month, but some sources claim they've been dating for up to two months.
