One of the newest ways that Mexican drug cartels have been smuggling drugs across the border into the U.S. is . . . by using technology straight out of "Lord of the Rings".--Border Patrol and the Mexican military recently found a MEDIEVAL CATAPULT just south of the Arizona border. Smugglers would put packages of marijuana in the catapult and launch them to people waiting across the border.
