It turns out, Willow Smith will be whipping her hair on Justin Bieber's Europe Tour in March.
She posted a message on Twitter saying, quote, "Got news that my big bro @justinbieber invited me on his European Tour in March . . . so exciting! Maybe I'll let Jaden come. LOL"
