This guy just won our "Most Idiotic Criminal" Award. The dude robbed a bank and then after got into a high speed chase with the police. When he realized he was caught, he grabbed a sharpie, and proceeded to draw a goatee on his face. I'm sad to say he did'nt fool anybody.
