If you caught "The Simpsons" last night, you probably noticed that: (A) It was in HD for the first time ever . . . and (B) they revamped the opening credits sequence for the first time since its premiere in 1989. The change . . . which doesn't stray too far from the classic version . . . had to be made for the show to make the switch to high-definition
