Michael Phelps got away from the bong photo without getting into any legal trouble, but he is still wary of having his photo taken. So Phelps haad the windows of his Baltimore home tinted and he now hangs out in strip clubs because he can't have pictures taken of him in there. That's a great excuse to hang out in a strip club Michael.
